In the email, please include your name and email address and phone number just in case we need to contact you.
When we process the refund, we will email you to let you know that it has been done. It may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Note about deposits
Prior to 17th September 2025 - all deposits were captured and it gave you open access
After 17th September 2025, all deposits are authorisation's which last for 30 days and gives you access for 21 days. After the 30 days, the authorisation or "hold" on your card expires and no money changes hands.
