Thanks to thousands of conducted premium tests, AVILOO can rely on a comprehensive database that allows the FLASH Test to determine the State of Health (SoH) of the drive battery in just three minutes via Plug & Play. This is achieved through unique hardware on the market that automatically recognizes each covered vehicle. The FLASH Test goes far beyond the classic reading of the BMS SoH; the SoH is precisely and independently calculated using complex mathematical models. This enables benchmarking against comparable vehicles, the real achievable range of the tested vehicle, and a comparison to the WLTP value and the typical range of comparable vehicles from the AVILOO database. A heatmap analysis also detects defects down to the cell level, even allowing the exact identification of the defective cell.
